We have the chemical elements analysis centre and the mechanical testing centre which include the following quality control measures:
Spectrographic analysis, magnaflux crack detection, ultrasonic detection, dynamic fatigue testing, hardness testing, proof and ultimate breaking strength test... TUV DIN EN ISO 9001: 2000 & ISO/TS16949 available
In order to ensure the quality of the orders, our independent QC members to carry out strict inspection at each stage:

A5:You paid the mold so it all belongs to you forever, and we will give lifelong maintenance.
Q6:HOW CAN YOU KEEP YOUR PROMISE ABOUT QUALITY?
A6:We have an independent quality department to check every step by IQC, IPQC, OQC. If there are any defective items we will take corrective action to ensure the elimination of the root cause of defects. When you get the goods and find there is a defect after check. We promise to accept your asked return at our cost or provide replacement free.
Q7:WHEN WILL YOU SHIP THE DIE CASTING UNITS OR THE T1 SAMPLE?
A7:Normally, it takes 20-60 business days for the mold, then we will send you T1 sample for approval. And 15-30 business days for mass production.
Q8:HOW TO SHIP?
A8:The free sample or small order is usually sent by TNT, FEDEX, UPS, etc, and the big order is sent by air or sea after clients confirm.
Q9:Can you give me help if my products are very urgent?
A9:Yes, we can work overtime and add a few machines to produce these products if you need it urgent.
